(2,052 posts)They are on a real roll today smearing and intentionally being obtuse about the Pope situation. I am disgusted by them and I cannot wait until April 19th when we kick their ass
After of course we dominate Wyoming, but that won't count somehow

(3,160 posts)but their acts are those of a desperate campaign that never had any strategy or any guiding principle other than HILLARY. It is devoid of ideas and leadership and is being run by a mega-troll, David Brock. Many of them will see the light, the ones that don't won't matter to anyone.

(14,177 posts)I don't even have a great love for the Pope, I am not even sure what his name is and don't care. However, I think this is a great move on Bernie's part. Not because of scoring points or whatever, but because he gets another platform to talk about social justice and economic issues.
He's a scientist. He's a decent human being. He's bound by his church's doctrine, but he bends the rules a heck of a lot in the right direction.

(3,160 posts)His message is a universal message, and one of the wonderful effects it has is to get people to look past their artificial and contrived divisions.
