First rule of campaigning - attack your opponents strengths

Civil rights work
Honesty
Not of the 1%
His wife (marriage)
Legislative career

These are the things they attack.

Bernie is running a totally different kind of campaign than anyone has in our recent history. They just have no clue how to fight back against such an outlier.

Fun watching them try tho

It is not far fetched that the establishment knows
just as well to sabotage an election as the repugs
have done for years, and they are doing it, imo.

Honesty or integrity are pretty well countered
with inefficiency as well as naiveté.

And the oldest trick in the world: Tell a lie at
least one hundred times, and people will accept
it for the truth.

Did you notice, that once they found a meme,
they will post it again and again and again.

Lastly all of the media - and that is where most
people get their news - are fighting Bernie in every
possible way: Not just silence, but attacks as well
as protection of the inevitable one, until they
can destroy her as well.

but I take it personally. I really like Bernie and the idea that they attack him on his honesty makes me defend him as if they were attacking me. I think so many of us can actually relate to him because he's not that different than us. Yes, he's a Senator but he's not exorbitantly wealthy, he fights for us and he speaks like we do too. He even looks semi messy like some of us do too.
