Bernie Sanders
Related: About this forumChecking back in for a moment to say Wisconsin's in play and needs help!
I'm on a lunch break so may not get back right away but please know WI is ready for Bernie.
Please consider doing whatever you can. There's offices now in pretty much every metropolitan area (you should visit the Madison office - wow! Deluxe!)
Phone, canvas or do other things like call every county and urge them to print more goddamn paper ballots!!
Food always helps!
Find any undecided super delegates and call or write to pressure them to support Bernie
Lots to do and nows the time
April 5 is right around the corner
Thank you!

(23,272 posts)A staggering 56 people signed up to head to WI this weekend and help canvass from our small Bernie office in the far west Chicago suburban of Batavia.
We're going to Kenosha, Milwaukee and Madison. Wish I were closer to Waupaca and we could make it a mini DU meetup!!
Good luck!

(53,475 posts)The fuse has been lit. The political revolution is underway. We may not win every time, but in the end we will prevail.

(23,272 posts)It was so inspiring. We couldn't even all fit in the tiny office so went outside and met in the parking lot!
We figured out an agenda and different areas to proceed.... So many things came up...
Helping Bernie in WI and then IN
Helping Tammy Duckworth
Helping John Walz kick out Randy Hultgren
Do research on undecided super delegates and get on trying to persuade them
Set up info booths at the farmers markets on "continuing the revolution"
Etc etc etc
Fired up. Motivated and NOT going away.
I wouldn't be surprised if you don't find the same energy in your group. People just don't want to let go of this momentum win or lose.
I wasn't sure how many of those who committed to going to WI would actually show up last night for the training on WI rules, regulations, election laws etc but there you have it. 5 people had already been up to Kenosha and Milwaukee during the week already and were inspiring.
It was fun. Next week's meeting I'm bringing something in a flask.
