Goddamnit

So my grandson's football couch has been caught "in a relationship" a high school girl. They have confiscated phones because how the girls patents found out, was texts left on her phone. Now my daughter tells me this isn't the first time in this particular school district, and school board members have quit over non-action (cover-ups, she calls them)

The story is a little messier than that, I don't have proper details, but it could get even uglier--it's not in the news cycle. My daughter wil probably go to the press, if nothing is done.

Not that it matters, but it's the Quillayute school district--that's right--home of "Twilight"

I simply cannot wrap my head around the idiocy taking over an adult who fosters relationships with high school students. Serious, premier, epic idiocy in even pretending that anyone can get away with this behavior given cell phone video, texting records, and locker-gossip... and that's not even getting into the primary concern of the creepy, rapey aspect of this crap.

My SIL (who is a conservative person, and not quick to judge) says the guy is guilty as fuck. What's even more disturbing is my daughter says this isn't the first time this has happened in this school district--and nothing was done. She's completely pissed off--she doesn't want her son anywhere near that behavior, and my grandson idealized the guy--to the point he doesn't believe it. That's rape culture right there, in growing in cracks and holes.

Coach lost his job and his wife, two school council members resigned over his--because of lack of responsible action. One wrote a letter to the editor which I'll post as soon as I can.

Sexual activity couldn't be proved so no charges were filed.
