the 60th Anniversary of Women's Suffrage. We all were on the platform behind the NY Public Library for speeches after the March. Those were the days . . . . .

A full 132 years after "men" ratified their own citizenship, they finally decide the other half of the country should be citizens, too? Not impressive. If women were gun-toters and threatened war over the whole thing, men would have taken women more seriously, politically. Then again, Lord knows what men did when the Indians fought for their 'rights.'
