Inside Hillary Clinton's Debate Watch War Room

GOP Debate night coverage from NPR:
http://www.npr.org/sections/itsallpolitics/2015/08/07/430318242/inside-hillary-clintons-debate-watch-war-room

While the Republican candidates debated Thursday night, Democratic campaigns tried to make the most of the moment, offering rapid response.

At the Hillary Clinton campaign headquarters on the 11th floor of an office building in Brooklyn, N.Y., about 50 staff members gathered to watch the debate. Some were working. Others were holding beers (at least one wrapped in the "Chillary Clinton" beer koozie sold in the campaign merch store).

...
Hillary Clinton wasn't at her campaign headquarters for the debate, though. She was in California at a fundraiser attended by 250 people. She raised more than $600,000 in 90 minutes. Kim Kardashian (the entrepreneur who is famous for being famous) and her rapper husband Kanye West were among those in attendance. Kardashian blasted out a selfie she shot with Clinton to all her social media channels. West looks to be photo bombing in the background.

...

Meanwhile, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders watched from Washington, D.C. His spokesman says they "splurged" and got pizza.

"Tonight, follow the debates live with me and use the hashtag #DebateWithBernie to join the conversation."

According to Twitter, the hashtag #DebateWithBernie was used 56,748 times and @BernieSanders was mentioned 59,935 times during the debate.

He pointed out that they weren't debating issues, just those who can outGOP each other or who's the most conservative or who's the richest, or who's the most right-wing, etc...

Issues was ignored. Bernie Tweeted and nailed every single Republican out there.

What did Hillary Clinton do? Tweeted from some high-and-mighty home of the Kardishans and had a few selfies.

Did you even read her answer to the Gop debates? You should have before posting what you did about Sec Hillary Clinton.
Maybe do some research as to her actual response on behalf of the degradation of women by the entire GOP contestants standing on that stage.
Trump threw the dirt & yet NOT ONE of the others stood up against his loathsom remarks on behalf of the women closest in their own personal lives.

Hillary most certainly did have something to say about the debate. Her 4 million followers all heard what she said in defense of women. Kim K & her 34 million followers also know how Hillary defended women.

Before you dismiss what Hillary said as merely nothing, perhaps you could find out & speak the truth

Sorry, but you are wrong..
Thanks anyway.

You clearly didn't read what Clinton said. You must have also missed the huge Sanders Twitter victory. You aren't staying on message here and really took a shot at a number of Sanders supporters over their Twitter jubilation. Lol.

Most people would see this op and think it was a hit on Sanders. The political naïveté is really showing through.

I also don't see how raising money with the hoi polloi is more serious than discussing political debates with the average American.

Oh - and I've worked several campaigns. I'm not naive. I'm just fed up with the Democratic party ignoring the needs of working and middle class Americans so they can hob-knob with the elite.

Even the "evil eye" of Kardashian in that Selfie. What was Hillary thinking? Kardashians are all out for themselves. You can't go to any website and not be inundated with the latest outrages of that family. Celebrity Porn and annoying. They supposedly even have a Reality Show. Why would Hillary expose herself to a fundraiser with known "Users." It makes me question both her and her campaign advisers strategy and judgement if they didn't know Kardashian would use this to her own selfish advantage.
