1. I'd say the list is topped out by the FIRE sector

Particularly Finance. By far they are the most responsible for the crash of the worldwide economy and want to return to that level of speculative profiteering. Even the modest restraints of Dodd-Frank and the CFPB have been major sources of their ire.
I'll leave it to others to delineate some of the others, I have races to watch.
