And, yes, you can sue a distillery for whatever you want. Of course, if you bring frivolous lawsuits, not only will you lose, but you'll have to pay the defendant's legal costs. Is there any reason the gun industry should get special privilege? Of course not. Except that the NRA wanted it that way, and Bernie complied.

He owns this. And it completely undercuts his claim to be against corporate power.
