I'm disappointed in President Obama's SOTU Address ...

He didn't say what HE was going to do to make all those things happen ... He only called on Congress to do the work and then challenged ME to step up when/if Congress fails to act. Oh yeah, he did say that he'd act using executive action if they and I failed to act ... but what about him ... when's he gonna lead ... when's he gonna wave his magic wand?
