I'd say Bernie can't be Senate Majority Leader 'cause he's not a member of the majority party (an Independent, not a Dem).
But what do you mean by "not the Senate?" just curious.

and if they did, Bernie wouldn't be their first, second, or third choice. Not because Bernie isn't a great Senator, but because being Majority Leader requires herding cats and that's not Bernie's strength.
