exactly understand "Politics".

Things will get done. You guys whine about someone making a "Deal". This isn't a bad deal, it isn't a great deal, but it's a start. You have to understand what Reid is working with and what it takes to get anything accomplished. Be happy they got this far.

When the Republicans don't have the 40 votes to "continue a filibuster" there will be enough blue dog and "owned" Democratic senators to be absent at the same time so that the Democrats don't have a 50 vote majority to pass a bill then, and no one will hear about this without a talking filibuster and a corporate media press that won't talk about it either!
