I think I love this guy... but I am sure some of you know a few things I don't know. Tell me what you think of him, and please educate me on the things I don't know.
Lame thread I know... just desperate for more knowledge besides the usual Wikipedia and Google searches.

(28,749 posts)His issues and controversies are pretty weak to me at least. I feel like he is going to go places and I am deciding if I am into that (he was on Chris Matthews today).

I'm hoping he runs in 2016, if Hillary doesn't.

Speaking of VA's governor, there are several YouTube segments between O'Malley and McDonnell where O'Malley takes it him so hard that McDonnell actually squirms in his chair.
O'Malley is awesome!

(25,453 posts)Obama was re-elected President while doing worse than Dukakis in much if not all of the cultural south. Yes he won Florida (by a tiny tiny margin) and Virginia, but that was due to voters in south Florida and northern VA respectively, neither of which are culturally southern places.
