But of course it could happen here. It can happen anywhere because people are people. We are all prone to at times acting on our worst impulses. They didn't put something in the water in 1933 that made people think voting for Hitler was a great idea.

I don't think Trump would be the next Hitler in terms of an organized Holocaust, but he would likely make George W Bush look like a hero in terms of sheer utter incompetence at the job of being president.
