2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumI wonder
I wonder how long its going to take the Republicans to realize that in 2016 that the Democratic Candidate
will not have a father that is born in Africa and who was Muslim
middle name won't be Hussein
When they go back and re look at the demographics and factor that in, plus while we are likely to have another great African American candidate soon, its pretty certain that, unfortunately IMO, we won't have any running in 2016.
Now Gentleidiots of the Republican Party,
If your demographics are not good in 2012
and they are going in the wrong direction in 2016
and that this President running with this particular red meat flags will not be in force and the economy will continue to recover
Just how much worse did your demographic projections work
and
just exactly what the hell are you going to run on besides abortion?

(666 posts)that the president will change the rules in order to run for a third term just like Bloomberg.
How do you think they will respond to that?

(328 posts)Abortion will come up.
And so will LGBT issues.
And so will religious issues
And so will race.
Not that ANY of them will have anything to do with how the country is run. The republicrats have nothing to talk positive about so the same old wedge issues will arise. They always do... every election cycle. It is up to US to squash their arguments before they get started.
Are you up for it?
