(28,017 posts)Although he can only do exceedingly tiny flips and flops. Hardly a HUUGGEEE facet.

(34,136 posts)Every time the press mentions Hillary Clinton, they review every single negative thing that has been dredged up, true or not. But they seldom bring up ANY of Trump's questionable business practices, his ties to Russia and Putin, the wives he's dumped and all the other things Trump has done.
Far too many of the people I have talked to know anything about Trump's history other than his reality show and what is currently shown on TV. So they don't think much of Trump but they consider Hillary a liar based on how the media portrays they two. It tilts the scale for low information voters to Trump since they have so little to work with to truly compare the two candidates.

(28,017 posts)and it is the reality.
This is not a normal campaign cycle or race. These are not normal candidates. Both have earned the intense dislike of a substantial minority, and the enmity of others. Sadly, Hillary continues to operate a "normal" campaign, and I am not sure that will be enough this time around.
The idea of putting "Trump" and "President" in the same sentence causes me serious anguish and mental pain. It is as if the Onion bought out the NYT and forced all reporters to drop acid before they could write anything.
It is just plain crazy.

(34,136 posts)Every time I get worried about Trump.
We hosted a campaign weekend from Saturday through the primary on Tuesday. A BUNCH of volunteers worked out of my house, going out to do voter registration and making calls to voters. My estimate is maybe 50 new voters and 1500 calls.
My main problem is that parking at their headquarters sucks - and that is before the students get back to FSU in full force. Since my husband is taking the Prius to see his Mom most weekends (she's been in hospital/nursing home/assisted living since the beginning of the year) the only thing I have to drive is my truck which has trouble managing the tight turns in the tiny parking lot. If they had a better location, I would go in several times a week but I am not confident I can get in and out of that parking lot every day.

(28,017 posts)The idea that some states have one Trump worker - talk about campaigning on the cheap. Yet, he is closing the gap. Which causes stomach rumbles that my honey can hear.
