in line with other predictions, but my sense has long been that sabato has a small-to-moderate republican bias, so i consider this very encouraging.

1. Sabato was on tv during the Clinton administration

every night bashing Bill. He was one of the biggest humpers for impeachment. If the President had not been impeached you would of never heard of Sabato. I change the channel when he comes on.

I remember starting to read newspapers pretty religiously in middle school - especially politics - and always wondering, "Who's this Sabato guy the AP keeps quoting?" This was pre-1992.
