But, then again... I believe Bill Clinton put a former VP of Monsanto to head up the USDA or something.
So, I guess it would not surprise me if a Monsanto supporter is picked as Veep.

(7,768 posts)I'm sick of the spectacle of the hate-fest that the ReThugs call their convention. They are not offering any vision, policy or plan. All they are doing is getting their minions all lathered up in a lynch mentality by screaming falsehoods that Hillary deserves prison. They have nothing.

Pence is such an awful pick, they do themselves more damage than we can by
stealing the spotlight
I think it's Vilsack. I find him very personable. While I sure disagree with the Agri Dept's
rulings on Monsanto, the government is in business to help business grow
I also think he's more forceful than Tim Kaine
OK, a true Progressive would be nice they can be cannon fodder for the Stormtroopers

While Kaine grabs Virginia, Vilsack helps the midwest and cancels Pence. He also
appeals to the political middle of both parties, or what's left of the political middle
