What's the reason that some Republicans and a lot of Democrats vote Democrat for President, but vote Republican locally? I know many instances of this happening this year and in years past. We need Democrats (real ones) in Congress to actually get Obama's stuff passed idiots!

I guess voters think their district will have more influence.

That, and it's often tough for incumbents to lose House seats. Most just keep getting voted back in.

some, enterprising, though ethically challenged, Democrat should have floated the narrative that Wisconsin voters could not vote for ryan for V.P. AND for the House because if he were to win in both constests he would be a member of the House and preside ocer the Senate ... and the constitutional concept of separation of power does not allow for that!
