Really, when will the media, especially cable new media, be held accountable for the FREE time they

give to Donald Trump. And they seem to keep repeating his most obnoxious rants against Hillary under the guise of reporting on primary news events. It is really sickening how MSNBC keep showing his rant about Bill Clinton's affairs and his attacking Hillary for going after the women he had affairs with and how she ruined their lives. Nothing but lies and more lies based on he said she said and nothing more than speculation and innuendo. Yet the media keeps repeating those remarks by Trump as though they are gospel...and they never show the earlier clips of Trump saying that Bill Clinton should not be impeached or sued.

Hillary is one strong person to be able to put up with stuff. Something to chew on:

1) Bill Clinton had several affairs during his marriage to Hillary Clinton. He admitted to this under oath.

2) Hillary Clinton did publicly go after the women he had affairs with, initially by questioning their veracity, then later their character. There is video of this.

3) The women who stepped forward to disclose their relationships with Bill were publicly vilified under the guise of "supporting Hillary" (who was not very forgiving of them for understandable reasons). It is reasonable to assume that being made into a public punch line "ruined" their lives for a period of time, and Monica Lewinsky has given a Ted Talk about the topic.

Many of us lived through this period, and observed all of these events in real time, so this isn't news.

What specifically was lied about?

She's a despicable example of honestly protecting womens/childrens/human rights.

What happened with Honduras, Libya, and even American families is of epic historic significance and not in a positive way.

Her behaviors around her husband's actions are just peanuts.

And yet, she's woman of the year multiple times and has no small number of people thinking she's all that.

Well, the people paying attention know better.

She ain't all that.

She ain't even a little bit of that.

She was a lawyer who had both good and bad clients, served on Walmart's Board, was First Lady, but her "public service" record is short compared to many others and filled with few successes.

positions of power have women attracted to them. Monica even told her close friends that she was going to Wash. DC with her knee pads on. There is documentation about this as well.

The lie is that Hillary "ruined their lives" by calling them out. They ruined their own lives by having the affair and then by later talking about their affairs on their own. Making money from the interviews and books and probably from wealthy Hillary haters is hardly ruining their lives. Monica as benefited financially as well as in celebrity.

Many of us know exactly how SOME star-struck young women behave in these kinds of situations...they try to get internships in Congress for precisely that reason. The workplace is full of them also, just ask older women who have worked and even trained some of these women only to find themselves overlooked for promotions and other advancements as well as increases in pay. Of course, I don't expect that many out there will be honest about it because it doesn't fit the talking points they are trying to use against Hillary. But deep down inside they know it to be true. Donald could tell you himself.

I think you need to go watch this -- http://www.ted.com/talks/monica_lewinsky_the_price_of_shame/transcript?language=en

I would like you to remember these facts in 1995:

Bill Clinton, age 49, married, unfaithful with multiple partners
Hillary Clinton, age 48, married to a serial cheater
Monica Lewinsky, age 22, unmarried

As public figures, Bill and Hillary repeatedly lied about their marriage and slandered the veracity of Bill's paramours. Bill and Hillary were both public figures. In the case of Monica in particular, she did not ask to become a public figure, and it is reasonable to see a power differential in the relationship not only in regard to age, but also status.

It appears that there were no lies on the broadcast, but your opinion is that "slut shaming" the women by Hillary is/was perfectly acceptable. I can only assume you are comfortable with Bill returning to the White House and have forgiven him his perfidy. She stayed married to him, but will undoubtedly be reminded of her failure to maintain a marriage where her spouse was comfortable being faithful. Those types of marriages are statistically rare. Hillary isn't one of them. Those are facts. With her in the public eye, the topic will be revisited.

Please learn the difference between "lie" and "tacky".

"'Days of Our Lives' adds spice to life." -- Monica Lewinksy, quoted in the LA Times, 1991

"I'm going to the White House to get my presidential kneepads." - Lewinsky in 1992, before she left for Washington, according to her friend and cuckoldress Kathy Bleiler

"I was brought up with lies all the time... that's how you got along... I have lied my entire life..." -- Lewinsky, on one of Linda Tripp's tapes.

The media exists to turn a profit by selling papers or keeping eyes and ears on a screen/radio. This has been true of American media since before the Revolution, and it hasn't changed since.

Media empires will rise and fall, but none will ever be accountable for what they do.
