As PPP's were for Health Care for America Now.
RCP is a right wing site started by Republicans. Look at Pollster at Huffington Post or Poll Tracker at Talking Points Memo to see all the polls averaged together, not just the ones RCP wants to post.

That seems more fair. Pollsters like Rasmussen,Gravis, and We Ask America are all unofficial auxiliaries of the Republican party. They are as independent of the Republican party as Lativia, Estonia, and Lithuania, were of the USSR.
