Why does Hillary's position on fracking sound like it was written by Big Gas public relations?

I live in NY above the Marcellus Shale. This is an area the gas companies are highly interested in. Many of my local Republican politicians, who have taken money from the gas companies and their shills, are all for hydrofracking. They tout it as safe and use talking points like, "safe hydrofracking." To my ears, Hillary sounds just like these people.

Can anyone tell me why that is?
