Bernie people turning to Hillary, Hillary people turning to Bernie

I guess you see what you want to see. The HRC supporters are going on about all the Bernie people defecting to Hillary, and the Bernie supporters are reporting on all the people defecting from HRC to Bernie.

More proof that we see only what we really want to see, and notice only the evidence that supports what we want to believe.

I support Bernie, but frankly, I take a lot of what is said by supporters on both sides with a large grain of salt because of the enormity of confirmation bias by true believers of all stripes.

The only numbers I trust are the final electoral votes in the general, and to be honest, I have some serious reservations about those as well. Those who casts the votes have far less power than those who count those votes.

It is certainly eye-rolling at times.

Confirmation bias (and bias in general) makes most of the discussions more entertainment than serious political dialog.
