This new scorched earth + victimhood thingy isn't going to work either.
But, as I have said many times, the DNC mobsters will destroy the Party before they let a Progressive lead it.
So I expect them to go really ugly now out of desperation.

The DNC is controlled by the corporatists and greed. It will get ugly. Similar to what the rethugs are doing on the other side to the outsider Trump. I hate to say it but at some point it could even turn to vote fraud...the DNC machine can and will resort to GOP war tactics to take down Bernie if things get dire for HRC. We can already see Brock pull out some of his dirty tricks.

It forces them to face the cognitive dissonance that Clinton doesn't stand for anything, she flips and flops in whatever manner she thinks will get the most votes at the moment in time she is campaigning for them. I think they have a term for that, triangulation.

dis·qual·i·fy

pronounce (someone) ineligible for an office or activity because of an offense or infringement.

Has the campaign stated this reporter's statements are inaccurate?

"Published on Apr 6, 2016

AUDIO: "The Clinton Campaign has been watching these Wisconsin results come in and the delegate race of course is tight there, but the reality is they're running out of patience…. so they're going to begin deploying a new strategy… it's going to be called 'DISQUALIFY HIM - DEFEAT HIM' … and then they can unify the party later.

For the last several months, the Clinton Campaign has been first ignoring Bernie Sanders, then dismissing him -- now they are going to go head-long into him, I'm told, beginning here in the New York Primary in two weeks on his gun record, on other things. So Party-unity aside for now, one aide told me that will come later. They're going to start trying and defeating Bernie Sanders so that scenario you saw play out there on John's wall, does not come true. The Clinton Campaign is running out of patience. They want to stop Bernie Sanders, and move on to the Fall Campaign."

Yes, half the Democratic Party has now joined the "Vast Right Wing Conspiracy".

thinking a 'gaffe' will outweigh all our knowledge of the issues.

Remember the Dean scream and Kucinich saying he saw a UFO was enough to derail their campaigns. But these methods won't work, we are more united and awake to fall for it, IMHO.
