So what really happened in NV with the delegates and for what purpose?

In the world of politics one thing if for sure: you should never accept anything at face value. You should always ask what really happened and for what purpose.

I wonder:

Was the wrong instructions just a mistake or done on purpose? I read that the wrong instructions were given to Bernie supporters, not just Clinton supporters as some where claiming. Who were these instructions really given to? To Bernie supporters to Clinton supporters, or both, and why?

Are all those Bernie delegates actually Bernie delegates? There have already been accusations that Clinton delegates are being elected as Bernie delegates in other states.

If it was done on purpose, why?

Was this just an orchestrated event to serve another purpose.? For example,

If I can paint my opponent as "stealing" my delegates then I can

1. encourage my supporters to engage in a whatever it takes strategy (allowing them to excuse what wouldn't be considered acceptable actions) in getting delegates

2. have an excuse for any outrage for my underhanded actions in rigging the delegate process by pointing out what my opponent has done.

3. put out some arguments on behalf of my opponent (and then turn those arguments back on them when I engage in my delegate manipulation).

4. I may be dishonest, but so is my opponent. Attack my opponent's strength. Especially since I have my corp. media cheerleaders more than happy to assist in spreading my falsehoods.

5. I can play the victim card and try to rouse my base (this can also be used as an excuse for when the reported vote percentages do not match what was recorded).

I remember the whole outcry about Bernie Supporters (let's just assume they were) wearing union buttons inside the casinos when they weren't members of the union. I could see where people would wear the buttons not to misrepresent but to show their support. Leading up to the NV caucus they really tried to paint Sanders as trying to engage in nefarious doings (which was laughable) and then what do we see - footage of Clinton supporters going in to caucus without checking in. Hmmm... I wonder if old Bill while in Vegas was bemoaning how his poor wife was being taken advantage of by Bernie Sanders and got some outraged supporters to think "two can play this game."

Note: The Nevada Delegate selection is not final. This was just one step in the process. It will be interesting to see what happens at state.

Note: This whole Bernie "stealing" terminology has been used by the Corp paid media hacks for quite a while now.

1. Why bother voting/caucusing. It doesn't seem to matter.

2. If we go down this road, why bother even having conventions?

When delegates assemble to vote for their pledged candidate, there is always the possibility that the winner at the convention won't match who won most of the delegates at the lower level conventions/primaries/caucuses. It's the downside of representative democracy.

6. I don't because our voting system is too easily rigged and we do not have proper checks and balances
