Those high-bucks Democratic Primary fundraisers...sheesh!

Oh, wait. People who have higher incomes than I do are supporting Democratic candidates and contributing to Democratic Party efforts to elect other democratic candidates? Now that I understand that, I guess I'm not pissed off about that at all.

See, I want Democratic candidates to win in every office they seek. I have limited ability to donate money, so I donate my time instead. I guess I feel just fine about people who can donate larger amounts if they're supporting the same things I am.

I like Democrats who support Democrats in campaigns. Period. Are some of them wealthy? Cool. They can donate more money. Am I jealous that they can go to some event that I can't attend? No, not really. In fact, I have volunteered at such events in the past so I could attend. I parked cars, carried trays of hors d'oeuvre and made myself useful at them. I've even played in a woodwind quintet providing music for many such events.

Hoorah! for people who can provide financial support to candidates I also support. Really. Good for them. Political campaigns are really expensive these days. I appreciate their support for Democrats running for office.

why so many of the corporate bundlers donate hundreds of grand to BOTH parties...

oh wait no, the opposite.

You're naive if you think that corporations of millionaires just hand over money out of the goodness of their hearts... theirs plenty of charities for that...

Case in point, Hillary isn't for a 15/hr minimum wage... Bernie is, guess which candidate WalMart has givern hundreds of thousands to... go on.. see if you can guess... and they donate to R and D mostly equally... though more to R...

VERY few rich donors are giving because they just happen to agree with the Democratic party values... whatever we happen to be pretending those are on any given day.
