Hillary Clinton's Speech TRANSCRIPTS Should (at minimum) BE RELEASED, To The 718 Dem. SuperDelegates

Our political parties’ primary/caucus systems are more flawed today, because currently the percentage of unaffiliated (independent) voters exceed the percentage of voters affiliated with either party, than any time in recent history. Until these flaws are addressed, superdelegates are expected to access and mitigate the risk of nominating a candidate that is unelectable, especially by a wide margin.

The linked article suggests that Hillary Clinton release the speech transcripts to the public so as to narrow the trust-gap created between Bernie Sanders’ supporters, which should also be a major concern of the superdelegates. Short of making these transcripts public, the superdelegates request these transcripts be released to them immediately, so they can assess the risk they may pose, if released by a GOP supporter after the Democratic convention.

I say this as a woman who distrusts Sec. Clinton's secretiveness and underhanded dealings.

Asking a presidential candidate to come clean with the electorate is not "harassment." Secretary Clinton is not some poor little girl being picked on by mean boys. Please just stop it with that puerile nonsense.

The desperation arguments I see over these transcripts is coming from the Hillary camp......

I'd like to know what she said in those speeches just as someone whose vote she expects, but whatever. If she's the nominee I'd vote for her if she had been talking about turning puppies into hors d'oeuvres for the Wall Street oligarchs, because at least she's not a screaming yam.

But I do think it would be reassuring to know, in case somebody does have the transcripts and is waiting till after the convention to release them, that there aren't any 47% moments in there.

How can any democrat or independent be assured they WON'T BE BETRAYED by a timed release of these transcripts (by repubs) that could expose a pattern of damaging red-meat statements (use your own imagination) weaved throughout her speeches?.......

September or October 47% surprise?.......Hillary is not a trusted candidate today as all polls continue to show.....that is a fragile stat that could further compromise her candidacy should these transcripts suddenly pop up between September & October. The media will explode giving front page coverage to the transcripts while on-air talking-heads will be super-analyzing the contents 24/7 and right up until the polling stations open.

Watch Anthony Hopkins Try On Creepy Bite Masks For Silence of the Lambs

Anthony Hopkins' portrayal of The Silence of the Lambs' Hannibal Lecter is among the most consummate in cinematic history. So complete was his personation, about the only thing that could elevate his chilling performance was the addition of a sinister-looking bite mask. The question filmmakers grappled with: Which bite mask is best? I think the filmmakers made the right decision when they went with the last mask in this lineup, which had a small grille added to it for filming.
This particular one looks considerably scary for added dramatic effects.....

As for the nonsense, we can all agree to disagree with each other and still maintain some level of civility. Unfortunately, some don't see it that way and would rather choose the path of disruption, hi-jacking, thread-trashing........

about sicko alerters.

Some people seem to need to work out their inner demons online, subjecting others to unasked for and undeserved abuse. I care so much about what's happening with this election, it makes it worth wading through the dysfunction to get a chance to understand and talk about it.

The Silence of the Lambs didn't stay with me; I'm fairly tough when it comes to "upsetting" movies, but what usually gets me through is aesthetics, not the inner distancing that allows humor.

I have admired your, and other OP writers, ability to keep going amid the garbage. It should be easier now, despite the influx of a few noisy jerks.
