Democrats Ignore the National Polling at Their Own Peril

The current head-to-head national polling is telling. Can it change? Sure. However one thing is coming through clearly. Hillary Clinton is weaker in the GE than Sanders. She doesn't get Indies and will never get crossover Republicans. This is a MAJOR problem for the Party and the extent to which her supporters are ignoring this is dangerous. The media is lying to everyone by saying she's more electable. In reality, the establishment wants a Republican President and what they're REALLY doing is pushing forward the candidate they think will be beaten more easily. Not to mention the Democratic Party has played along with this by attempting to coronate Clinton and has at times seemingly had it out for the Sanders campaign. So while the media plays up Hillary's "electability," behind closed doors they're snickering and laughing as people buy into that lie.

I hope and pray we don't look back at this time and realize we had a clear better choice, but allowed the MSM and propagandists to tell us who to vote for. I have a bad feeling about a Clinton nomination.

we would most definitely lose ground in congress, and republicans have to love the idea of running against her in '18 and '20.

I'm emotionally prepared for the worst, thanks to practicing with bush, but have dreams and hopes for the best.

and Rachel. MSNBC surprised me a bit by their comments & actions. They seem to be coming around though. They're paying more attention to Bernie, which is GREAT! I think that will become more & more the case as Bernie wins more delegates. On one hand I understand their reactions to Bernie because most of the older ones still instantly link Democratic Socialist to Russia, Cuba, etc. dictatorships. I believe the Hilary campaign is guilty of that too. That's why she just blew him off for the first many months. Then, all of a sudden lots of THE VOTERS were responding very favorably to Bernie and Hill's campaign was shocked into reality. They recognized that THEY COULD LOSE!

I'm hoping Bernie will keep ascending in the polls and keep on winning primaries. The entire MSM is finally seeing that lots of American's really LIKE a lot of the social programs enjoyed by EU Countries, and do want to go back to the days of the OLD DEM Party.

9. How can she regain the trust of independents when she has lost it?

That does not tend to happen.

Without independents and the youth strongly supporting our candidate we lose.

The indies and crossover vote but a lot of the current Dems will vote down ticket but not for her..many will not even do that they will just stay home.. She has nothing to inspire anyone but her die-hard fans.. The younger crowd and some of the older generations are sick and tired of politics as usual and are tired of holding our collective noses and voting for the lesser of the evils.. and some even are not sure she is the lesser one...
