he's running in the primaries and he is refusing to pander to the extremists in his party.

He ended up losing that time around, and so this time around he did pander to them in the primaries. Unless I missed it, there were no such confrontations during the 2012 primaries.

been waiting for this to pop. This is Willard's Achilles Heel. This empty soul person will self delete from the stage. Watch and see. Don't think Mr. Obama hasn't noticed this, got to remember our President was a victim of bullying, watched the shut down when Willard went Rogue on him. If you were ever a victim, you are able to see first hand and reactions are immediate, but,it's sure a hoot to verbally destroy these idiots. Had a hunch Willard's advisers would go for this type of debate style.

Been there, done that. Of course I can tell you NO. I QUIT, and in Mittens case, I am NOT VOTING for you.

Yep, they don't like NO coming from anybody but THEM.

From It Gets Better video - In the Presidents own words:
"...I don't know what it's like to be picked on for being gay. But I do know what it's like to grow up feeling that sometimes you don't belong. It's tough. And for a lot of kids, the sense of being alone or apart - I know can just wear on you. And when you're teased or bullied, it can seem like somehow you brought it on yourself - for being different, or for not fitting in with everybody else. ..."

Feeling you don't belong is a far cry from being bullied. The debate style is about winning the debate by shutting up your opponent, not by hurting his feelings.

it is up to the moderator to step in and not allow the bullying to happen.

each person gets a chance to speak, not just the rudest one.
