The Supreme Court nomination process will be at the very top of the issues in this election cycle.

Who ever wins this battle wins the election.

no matter what happens we win. If they keep refusing to consider a nomination all will see how obstrutionist they really are and if they let it through we get a new Justice.

Obama really set them up.
