3. regardless of how long the tracking is if Romney had gotten a truely large bump

we would see it START to form.

I think Romney probably ends up +1 or 2 for a week.

And on top of that isn't Obama going to get a bump from the HUGE news today about the 7.8% unemployment rate and the Dow being at a 5-year high?

Why would Romney end up ahead?

6. In Gallup's poll, Romney is getting NO bump so far. As a matter of fact, OBAMA

got a 1-point "bump" so far.
