A) How will her plan cover the homeless? Medicaid needs to be applied for and you must prove you qualify for it. How can someone without an address or ID prove that?

B) How will her plan cover those who should now be on Medicaid but live in Red States that refuse to expand coverage for them?

C) How will her plan cover undocumented immigrants? Again, they will not be able to prove that they qualify for Medicaid because of the lack of Identification.


If she doesn't have a credible plan to deal with these people then she isn't for universal coverage.
