Rachel says reports of precincts without chairs is inaccurate. Right now they are taking

results from chairs. More to come.

Doesn't explain why Dem counts are taking so long.

on edit
Now Tweety is saying the chairs go to bed without reporting the results. WTF????

of some of the precincts, and that was taken as if they did not have chairpersons assigned.

It may just be a misunderstanding, but it does look like more DNC incompetence.

Would really appreciate a clarification here, because it's really hard to fuck this up (and it's also really easy to game it; be a minority, wait until enough people leave the caucus before the tabulation, and call for a recount, etc).

I hate caucusing. Hate, hate, hate it.

An extra delegate is awarded to whoever wins the coin toss in the

case of a tie.

If I heard them correctly, they said this is the first time the coin toss

rule has been used !!!

6 times so far tonight.

That just doesn't seem right.
