More CEOs donate to Clinton than to any GOP candidate, Also number 1 for “1%” voters

The GOP is often considered the party of business — but it looks like the nation's CEOs may not agree.

Hillary Clinton has received more donations from CEOs than any Republican candidate so far this year, according to a Big Crunch analysis of the last complete batch of individual Federal Election Commission records.

More than 760 people have given to Clinton's campaign and identified their occupations as "CEO" or a variation of "chief executive" — that's about as many CEO backers as Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz combined.

Jebby is still raking in the most cash.

I am sure there will be "no problem" though when billionaire Tom Steyer endorses Bernie.
Hypocracy at it's best.

I don't understand how anyone on the left can hate Hillary so much. She isn't perfect and makes mistakes, but you'd think her incompetence let 911 happen, or Bush to steal the 2000 election, or that she hates healthcare (remember, she fought for it in 1994 and got destroyed by the rightwing imbeciles and crybabies - many of whom get healthcare for free themselves).

I wonder if its the same dynamic at play when tea partiers, many of whom are poor, vote for the gop who wants to take even more away from them.

But her complete alliance with the 1%, coupled with her disingenuousness, coupled with her war hawkishness, coupled with her empty greed revealed by her raking in huge amounts of money from weapons manufacturers while serving as SOS and from big banks for short "speeches" afterward, coupled with her record of standing for nothing beyond women's and children's rights, which is related to her ever-changing stances on the issues, coupled with her gutter-level campaign tactics, which takes us full circle.

This is not a person who should lead our country.

showing us all how low, desperate, and dishonest she is.

And then there's the rest of my comment.

She'll continue the profit train with more wars and overall she'll take a sudden shift right if elected.

She's been good to them so far.

As a former CEO and lifelong Democrat, I don't feel the least bit guilty having contributed to anyone. Nor should the candidates to whom I've contributed feel anything other than gratitude. Is there something inherently wrong with being the Chief Executive Officer of a Corporation? If so, what is it?

I've also, BTW, been CFO of a different corporation. Am I excused? The candidates I've supported?

Further, I'd much rather that contributions flow to the Democratic Party than otherwise. Wouldn't you?
