1. All of this is nice but has no practical applications.

The first challenge would be to make pyramidal nanoparticles in the first place. Nanoparticles prefer to be round. Making them pointy is the first challenge. And a pyramid has a broken symmetry. Synthesizing THAT shape is virtually impossible.

And even if you manage, against all odds and all rules of thermodynamics and known solid-state-physics, to synthesize pyramidal nanoparticles, you have to repeat that trick with a material that has electronic properties you want.

2. The Egyptian Govt was going to replace the missing capstone but cancelled at last minute

Why ? Many feel it's because they were afraid of its power if the capstone was put back on via helicopter.

I think it's a conspiracy by the global industrial complex because the pyramid would have provided free global Wi-Fi !

Okay,well, maybe not but there is a valid reason why the capstone is missing and I hope to one day find out.
