There's another clip from her, where she mentions places like Bikini Atoll. I would imagine one of those test sites is the most radioactive beach in the world.

There's a beach in northern Scotland that has been closed since 1983, due to appallingly sloppy practices at the nearby experimental Dounreay fast breeder reactor: http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2008/may/25/pollution.conservation
