Religion
Related: About this forumIn any place where one religion is dominant,
It is incumbent on adherents of that religion to ensure that minority religions are as free to operate as the dominant religion. It is only by that example that a a religion can ensure that it is free to operate in places where it is not the dominant religion.
Reciprocity is a common principle and doctrine of all modern religions. If it is not honored, religions are worth little, and are useful only in maintaining the power of the dominant religion in places where it is already dominant.
If you would have your religion treated well everywhere, treat all other religions well where you are.

Still, being an atheist helps. You know everyone either hates you or is suspicious of you, so you always know where you stand.
