I mean, Israel attacking Paris just to give ISIS a bad name?

The logic of it is so twisted it's funny.

... "ACLU Jews are anti-Christ. Yes, they are. And they need to be rebuked, and they need to be censored, and they need to be stopped. And it's an opportunity for them to repent," said Brother Nathanael (Milton) Kapner.

He said the American Civil Liberties Union has stifled Christian expression while supporting homosexuality. He's also upset with Zionists he says control major media outlets and departments of the U.S. government and the politicians who advocate for the state of Israel.

"In many ways he plays to very old, anti-Semitic stereotypes," said Mark Potok, the director of the Southern Poverty Law Center's intelligence project, which investigates and monitors hate groups. "I think this guy is a wacky character on the fringe of the fringe" ...

I find it precious that

- someone representing religion A (Orthodoxy)
- is blaming religion B (Israel, Judaism)
- of false flagging religion C (radical islam)

7. Your OP sheds no light on Judaism, Islam, or Christianity:

it merely displays the anti-semitism of the babbler

And your explanations for posting it seem to illuminate little more than your own bigotries

8. So, it is bigotry to mention religious ideologies foster insanity?
Sun Nov 22, 2015, 11:37 PM

ISIS is not fostered by Islam? This Orthodox lunatic's antisemitism has nothing to do with the old Christain meme that Jews are Christ killers? (while good old Jesus himself was a Jew?)

OK, then, I'll forget all about it and convince myself religions do NOT foster religious mania.

That would be bigotry.

RIP to the Paris victims all the same.

When he first showed up a few months ago, the bearded man in the bright Sephardic yarmulke stood out from the synagogue's other congregants. For one thing, he carried a crucifix. During services, he constantly walked in and out of the sanctuary. And after the rabbi's sermons, the former salesman would clap - a no-no in any temple. At Young Israel of Brookline, the first impulse of most congregants was to help Milton Kapner, a 52-year-old fellow Jew who had been living in his green Buick since the summer. The rabbi welcomed him to services, answered his questions in classes, and bought him a membership to a health spa so he could shower. Others offered him clothes or took him out for dinners at nice restaurants. One woman even gave him a place to stay for the night. But after a few months - when, temple officials say, he harassed congregants, crashed a wedding, and twice forced them to call the police - they barred him from the synagogue. Most recently, Kapner, who plays music for money in Harvard Square, stood in front of the temple and heckled congregants as they arrived for services ...
The Clergy's Charge

The Synod of Bishops of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia has recently received repeated complaints about the activities of and statements made by a certain Nathanael (Kapner) ... The clergymen and laity of the Russian Church Abroad are hereby informed that the actions of Nathanael (Kapner) do not have the blessing of the Synod of Bishops. Profoundly saddened ... we call upon Nathanael (Kapner) to refrain from posting on the Internet, to a life of repentance of peace in Christ, “where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all” ...
Statement from the Chancery of the ROCOR Synod of Bishops
19 JULY 2013

... Many of the posts on Rense.com link to some of the most virulent anti-Jewish writings on the Internet. For example, the site regularly links to RealJewNews, an anti-Semitic Web site run by Milton Kapner, a rabidly anti-Semitic street preacher who goes by the name Brother Nathanael and describes himself as a Jewish convert to Greek Orthodoxy. Rense.com has also linked to Judicial-Inc, which offers a regularly updated collection of articles accusing Jews of plotting every perceived ill in the world, from the mistreatment of Native Americans to the promulgation of pornography, to even being Jack the Ripper, a late 19th-century English serial killer ...

... MacDonald gave a series of interviews to “Brother Nathanael Kapner” (a self-described former Jew turned “orthodox Christian”) of Real Zionist News, which battles “The Zionist War for Domination.” Sounding a lot like a newly minted neo-Nazi activist, MacDonald called on whites to “stand up to American Jewry, fight for their own interests, and confront Jewish hypocrisy” ...

It will help me realize religion does not foster religious mania.

A Jew converted to Orthodoxy blames the Mossad for crimes committed in the name of Islam.

Yay! I see the light. Religion has nothing to do with these crackpotteries.
