ANYONE playing DESTINY 2? Its pretty awesome so far!!

1. Always thought Destiny looked cool

I am pretty garbage at shooters of all kinds though. Only series I’ve played extensively is Bioshock

2. I can't anymore

After beating the campeign and realizing how anemic the content was I was still playing a bit, then the issues with XP tapping and Rise of Osiris was a waste of money...then the refocus on microtransactions, I just couldn't bring myself to be a whale for bungi/Activision anymore.

Instead it's usually Fortnight, Warframe, or Overwatch....or everybody's golf.

3. Here's a warning about Warframe...

I totally loved that game, until one day, my account got fried. I couldn't log in, I don't know if I was hacked, or if the system hit a major glitch and I could no longer, log in. The thing is, there is no one to complain to about this nor is there anyone I could contact to fix the glitch. Most games have some kind of back up where you can go and redownload the game, but I tried that and the glitch remained. I lost everything I gained, and more.. my love for the game.

It was weird, but I stepped out the gate to the plains of Eidolon and suddenly all the people I was playing bailed out. So I decided to go back to Cetus to start over, the door opened and there was a huge hole there. Not Cetus. I stepped though and the game was dead. I tried to reboot, nothing. Tried to reinstall, nothing. The game was dead in the water, and I didn't want to start over, considering all the grinding that too place... Just be for warned. If your game gets hacked or glitches, you have no way to do anything but start from scratch.

People talked about Destiny 2 in comparison to Warframe, so Since I could no longer play Warframe, I chose to try Destiny 2. Like what I am seeing so far and having fun, and that's the whole point, I guess, right?

4. Hmm that's pretty odd

I was glitched once and contacted them through email and they fixed it.

i just hope you don't have the same kinds of problems I did. Right now i am listening to the sound track of Destiny 2 and its just freakin awesome!

Too much negative press on it for me to dump money into it.

I have contemplated it a few times and every time I decide against after looking at reviews.
