This locks the Bengals as the North winner (Ravens can't be happy about that). Also it means that the Bills no longer control their own destiny to get the number 1 seed. The Chiefs get the number 1 seed if they win next week (the Bills would have had to win this game and the Patriots game anyway to get the number 1 seed if the Chiefs did win next week). Not sure about the Bengals-Bills tiebreaker if the Bills lose next week, and the Bengals win.

There is no way to fit in another game between Week 18 and the start of the playoffs.
