I've got a complicated living situation - won't go into details, but I was here, and my spotting scope was in Chicago. And my teaching schedule started soon after my return to Iowa City. Had it been a lifer, i'd have taken drastic measures to see it - but I've seen them along the Gulf coast many times.
It hung around for quite a while.
