That reminds me, I saw my first osprey of the year last Saturday on my drive downriver. I saw a lot more eagles, though. And the first pelicans I've seen in the same area too.

A few days prior to that I saw the arctic or snow geese, can't tell which when they're that high. But it was three groups in large V formations heading north. I think it was Tuesday last week. It's spring, finally. It is snowing but none of it is sticking to the ground below 7500ft.
