I think the landlord has been frowning on birdfeeders lately, but I snuck this little one in with some thistle seed. Hope I dont get busted but, it doesnt really feel like spring to me, if I dont see the male goldfinch getting his summer suit

I have seen some examples of blue hen chickens that were raised pretty much as novelties, they arent commercially profitable. University of Delaware football team is called the Fightin Blue Hens, funny name. Just Hens in the sports headlines
