1989 MR2

Have shifting problems with the blue demon. Mechanic just called and said he had purged all the lines but the car was still shifting badly. Will cost 1k$ to drop the bell housing and replace the pressure plate. A job I would not do myself.

Have an 85 from new, have swapped out the engine and trans a couple times. Would save you @ $900 if you could manage it yourself. Not that hard really, maybe invest in a shop manual, 1/2" drive socket set, floor jack, jack stands.
