How long did you wait to receive your mail? Sorry this happened to you it happened to me too.
In 2001 I had a missing package from Japan; since I was not able to receive my mail at my residence, I had opened an account for a mailbox at Mailboxes independent mailbox service, still
that package came up missing. I had been targeted by a psychopath that lived in my apartment house, I believe that it would have been easy for this woman to apprehend my incoming mail; she had told the mail person that she was the 'manager' of apt, house and told others that I "don't belong" there, I believe she told mail person that too, Then after the missing package, I got a US Postal box at another post office that did not handle mail coming to my residential address but delivered regularly to Mailboxes etc; then a friend tried to send me a personal check through the US mail, RegisterEd Mail, it took nearly 4 weeks to get to that Post Office who I believe received my package but then it "disappeared" from that office. I went to that Post Office because since I didn't drive I would be able to take a bus there and then walk about 4 blocks. The mail clerk acted very strangely when I went to mail a letter to a Credit reporting company from that Post Office. ( I went to purchase the correct amount of postage.)
It was later I found out the psychopath was misrepresenting herself as the "manager" of apartment and that she made false reports to police on me she also had a paid flunky make false reports to police from a different location with the intention of making me look 'crazy'; the police thinking that these reports were unrelated came to the false conclusion that I was 'delusional'. When I complained to the postal inspector he sent me a letter stating that I should make a report with police if I had not already had done so. I did that and got back with this inspector who was then very rude with me and refused to do an investigation; I can reasonably assume that since police had a wrong idea about my mental status that was the reason for denial .
This is the way this psychopath and her cohorts accomplished her criminal actions of which these were not the only things she had done which is a long involved story and which I discovered r how her creep was connected to her. If you have been targeted by a psychopath who had portrayed you as a 'crazy' and then also played the police, you will be written off, it is amazing at just what these psychopathas can then get away with; they will not ever be suspected of wrong doing, only you the poor clueless victim. I suppose it could be even worse for me (not by much) I could have been so 'Gaslighted' and believing that I lost my mind. I hope you can figure this out; not that police or postal inspector ever will and you will never have 'justice'.
