form back in the seventies and eighties...
anyone think they have much value as collectibles?

to give you a general idea of going retail value, with the caveat that you'll get significantly less when you sell to a dealer. You could also look at http://www.midtowncomics.com.

Ebay is a way to see what people are willing to pay for individual issues, if you want that kind of hassle.

whatever way you go, you'll need to grade your copies first -- prices drop enormously when wear is present. http://comicbooks.about.com/od/buyingcomics/p/howtograde.htm
