I think calling hip-hop culture "black lifestyle" is a bit off, since many black people have little to no interest in hip-hop culture, and hip-hop culture is fairly diverse, but I can understand why they would use that term.

the teens then first started literally going in "brownface" to parties, so I guess this is an evolved improvement of sorts...
