"Dirty Wars: The World Is a Battlefield"

I watched this today on C-SPAN and it blew me away - an expression I almost never use.
It changes the way I, a life long Democrat and an Obama supporter, think about the USA.

"Jeremy Scahill talks about the secret war against terrorism being fought around the world by elite soldiers serving with the CIA’s Special Activities Division and the Joint Special Operations Command. He spoke at the Free Library of Philadelphia.

Jeremy Scahill is a national security correspondent for The Nation magazine and is a writing fellow at the Nation Institute. He is the author of "Blackwater: The Rise of the World's Most Powerful Mercenary Army." He is also the writer/producer of the documentary film, "Dirty Wars." For more, visit: www.dirtywars.org"
