(11,803 posts)Muddy became mudbone. Our Tinkerbell quickly became tinkerbean. Now she's just "The Beans".
P.s. Muddy's also known as "perch" cause he always has to be perched on your legs, hips, etc.....

Unless my husband has the scooper in hand, then she becomes "Pooper".

(799 posts)We got our cat from Angel Memorial, and during all the tedious paperwork, I insisted that this cat must be a Democrat. I thought to name her NPR, since that was going to be her sound all day. This was unwieldy, and evolved to Pearl. We just call her Kitty. Or Furball.

(9,275 posts)If you have more than one. But you are allowed to have a favorite pet. I love both our boys but Charlie, the bigger "alpha" cat, is my favorite and he knows it.

new rescue kitty used to be Mama, but the shelter named her sierra, we created "mamacita" and also "Cee-cee" other names to be added as we get to know eachother more <3
...and it is funny, I don't use nicknames on my dog as much at all... hmmmm
