(9,401 posts)My daughter's cat was named Mack by the rescue folks but she renamed him Edward after she adopted him. She's a big Twilight fan and later adopted another kitten and named him Jacob.

(12,259 posts)easily, I think vampire names are a good fit!
sweetie! It looks like Mack hasn't a care in the world!

(12,259 posts)I was lucky to get him before he was hungry or traumatized. Instead of being 7-1/2 to 8-1/2 week old when he was rescued, he was closer to maybe 5 weeks. He is a little sunshine boy!

What a cutie! I'm glad you rescued him, and I am sure that he is glad. And I know you are glad. May you have many years of love.
yellerpup
(12,259 posts)He is perfect for our family, such a little love, and I do look forward to many more years with him. Speaking of getting comfortable...right now he's napping on top of a bowl of rocks.
Curmudgeoness
(18,219 posts)And don't even explain to me why you have a bowl of rocks to begin with.

(12,259 posts)And he moves so much and so fast it's hard to catch him except when he crashes from exhaustion, as in the example below.
My neighbor gave me stones for meditation and I keep them in a crystal bowl on an end table. Mack is drawn to the crystals/stones and often takes a nap there.
