in onion/mushroom gravy, baked potato, romaine/tomato salad w/french dressing, Envy apple slices and a paddlepop later for dessert. I am old enough to remember getting paddlepops at the corner store where Rosie was the clerk. I was early gradeschool at the time. The stir fry sounds great.

We have half a stew pot of the beef bourguignon from last night so we're serving that with some freshly baked bread and a green salad.

I have this weird thing with some foods where if I have it one day, I'll crave it the next. This always happens to me with beef bourguignon, Indian food, tangy barbecue and a few others. I've learned to make sure there are left overs.

Have a great week!
